BLS Course Description

The Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider Course in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, is a four-hour training for healthcare professionals on how to provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and relieve choking quickly and effectively for adults, children, and infants.

The class includes video instruction, lectures, hands-on training with manikins and AED equipment, and a test. Upon completion, this course provides a two-year digital certification.

ACLS Course Description

The Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) course is designed to train healthcare professionals in treating adult cardiac arrest victims. It is an initial 13.5-hour course or an 8-hour renewal designed for medical providers such as paramedics, respiratory therapists, physicians, nurses, emergency medical technicians, and other professionals who respond to cardiovascular emergencies. The classes are based on simulated clinical scenarios, and they encourage active, hands-on participation. This course provides a 2-year digital certification, which is issued upon completion.
